    1. I have been off to my first retreat 10 days in silence so it is hard to come right back into all of this electronic stuff but in a few days I will share my experience in a port and will then be back to doing at least 1 a week as I miss you all too very much, it was also hard to be away from those here at home heartbreaking actually but I somehow made it ๐Ÿ™‚
