Art, Photography and Football oh wait and a SNOWSTORM!

Wow today was truly the calm before the storm with snow to begin soon this one just to aggravate the morning commute but then a day tobuy up all the milk and eggs at the store maybe water in case the power goes out on Sunday, when we will receive 1 to 2 FEET of SNOW!

We better not lose power with the call for high winds and so much snow forecast as the whole country, except for New England, praying for the Patriots to be knocked out of the playoffs but my money’s on the 5 time Superbowl Champs led by the GOAT, Tom Terrific I call him. πŸ™‚

They love my heated bird bath these pretty Bluebirds

We walked around the yard looking for items that could potentially go through the snowblower and JT sniffed the ground to see who had been in her yard.

For those in the path of this storm stay safe out there have a plan set and stay warm.

  1. We’re getting a storm here, too! The next 3 or 4 days are going to be very unpleasant. I’m staying in and baking pies! Take care, Eunice! πŸ˜€ The blue bird is almost as beautiful as JT.
What a gorgeous portrait you shot of her, stunning.

  2. We ended up getting about 20 inches and have snow drifts everywhere! We didn’t even notice the wind nor hear it as we cuddled up near our fire and watched some of the Pats’ game. I’m sorry I missed the last few minutes but will try to catch it on YouTube! We didn’t lose power thankfully! Eunice, how much snow did you get?πŸ˜ƒ

    1. Wow! We got 6″ or more and then it was all freezing rains and lots of it everything iced over of course I was out in it before it turned to a frozen block and I had a game to watch πŸ™‚

What a game when we went into overtime Tom made quick work of finishing it! Worth watching just for his reaction ❀ Follow him on Instagram or Facebook like me he is a riot πŸ™‚

The wind is still nasty here with below 0 temp. I swear I do not know how these animals survive.

      1. It’s hard eating right all the time. I’ve been treating myself every few four or five days, within reason. That and exercising has helped me lose 33 lbs. πŸ˜ŠπŸ’•

      2. I made a huge pot of Chopped Cabbage, Tomato Sauce, Chopped Tomatoes and an onion, garlic and 1 pound of lean grass fed beef simmered till cabbage was cooked down and soft oh so yummy guess it is on WW but I saw it on Facebook πŸ™‚

Love to hear from you
